Partners + Leverage

We offer investors the opportunity to partner with us through a private syndication investment arrangement. To offer favorable returns, we employ leverage using low-cost, low-risk financing that is oftentimes available through government-sponsored entities like Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac.

Manage

Asset Management

Our strategy is to hire 3rd-party professional property management companies to assure that our properties are occupied and maintained. To ensure efficient use of our partner’s equity and reliable returns, we manage the managers through regular communication and accountability.

Cash Returns

Our investment criteria require that our properties return a minimum of 8% annualized cash returns to our investors paid quarterly with options for monthly payouts. 

Avg Annual Return

Our long-term total return investment criteria is 14-20% annual returns. Through forced appreciation, the value of the property will increase over time.  A typical hold period of 5-7 years can result in a doubling of the initial investor equity.
